Terms of Service

1. Our service

Sneaker Revival JHB ("we", "us") provides sneaker cleaning, restoration, protection and collection & delivery services in Johannesburg North and surrounding areas.

2. Bookings, minimum order and deposit

Collection bookings have a minimum order value of R600. A non-transferable deposit of R150 is payable online via PayFast to confirm a booking and reserve a collection slot. The remaining balance is payable after cleaning and before delivery. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

3. Assessment and final pricing

Prices displayed are starting prices per pair. On collection we assess each pair and will confirm any change in recommended service or price with you before work begins.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

You may reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your collection slot. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before collection qualify for a deposit refund; later cancellations or failed collections may forfeit the deposit.

5. Care, risk and limitations

We take every reasonable care with your sneakers. Some materials, previous repairs, glue failure, colour transfer, oxidation and age-related wear cannot always be fully reversed. We will advise you of any significant risk before proceeding.

6. Uncollected items

If we are unable to deliver after two attempts and cannot reach you, items will be held at our studio for up to 60 days.

7. Consumer Protection Act

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
