Which areas do you collect from?
We collect and deliver across Johannesburg North including Fourways, Sandton, Bryanston, Randburg, Sunninghill, Rivonia and 25+ more suburbs, plus extended areas like Midrand and Roodepoort for a small fee.
How long does sneaker cleaning take?
Most orders are returned within 3–5 working days from collection.
How much does it cost?
Prices start at R200 for a Sole Clean, R250 for a Basic Clean, R350 for a Deep Clean and R450 for our Premium Clean, per pair. Collection & delivery is free in our primary areas.
How does the deposit work?
When you book online you pay a 50% deposit securely through PayFast (card, Instant EFT, SnapScan and more). The balance is payable on delivery.
Is it safe for suede, knit and leather?
Yes. We use material-specific products and techniques for leather, suede, nubuck, canvas, mesh and knit uppers.
Do I need to remove the laces and insoles?
No — leave them in. We clean laces and insoles as part of the Deep and Premium Clean.
Can I reschedule my collection?
Yes. Contact us at least 24 hours before your slot and we’ll move it at no charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before collection for a full refund of your deposit. Later cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
Do you clean other shoes?
We specialise in sneakers, but we can also clean canvas shoes, slides and some casual leather shoes. Contact us for a quote.
