Deep Clean FAQs
Is the Deep Clean safe for suede and nubuck?
Yes. We use dedicated suede products and techniques and test in a hidden area first. Suede is never soaked.
Can you guarantee every stain will come out?
We remove the vast majority of stains, but some (like ink, dye transfer or old oil marks) may only fade. We’ll always tell you what to expect when we inspect your pair.
