How do I book a cleaning?
Book online in a few minutes: choose your service, enter your details, pick a collection date and time slot, and confirm. You’ll receive a confirmation email straight away.
Do you collect and deliver?
Yes. We collect from your home, office or preferred location and deliver your sneakers back once they’re clean. Collection & delivery is free in our primary service areas.
How long does the process take?
Most cleanings are completed within 3–5 business days from collection. Premium cleans and restorations can take 5–7 business days.
What areas do you serve?
Johannesburg North and surrounding areas, including Fourways, Sandton, Bryanston, Randburg, Sunninghill, Rivonia and more. Extended areas such as Midrand and Roodepoort carry a small fee.
How do I pay?
You pay a secure deposit online via PayFast (card, Instant EFT and more) when you book, and the balance on delivery.
Are my sneakers safe?
Yes. Every pair is logged and photographed on arrival, cleaned by hand with material-safe products, and quality-checked before delivery.
Can you clean all sneaker brands?
We clean all major brands and materials — leather, suede, nubuck, canvas, mesh and knit — from everyday trainers to limited editions.
What if I’m not happy with the results?
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll re-clean your pair free of charge.
How will I know the status of my order?
We send updates when your sneakers are collected, being cleaned and out for delivery.
